do I order from this website?
Choose from the site
menu buttons to the left of this text to take you to
the relevant section of our on-line sweets and chocolate
shop. Once you have found the items you with to purchase
click on the orange "add to basket" icon.
A "shopping cart" will pop-up showing you
the items you wish to buy. Please choose the invoice
and delivery location, if you are ready, proceed to
the "checkout". Once at the checkout you will
be asked to provide a billing address and a delivery
address if you are ordering as a gif. You may also add
a message if your order is a gift. The last stage is
providing your creditcard information via the Worldpay
Secure Server. Once you have completed your order you
will receive an e-mail stating your order details and
a reference number incase you wish to contact us regarding
your order.

It is rare for our parcels to be intercepted by customs. However, if this
does happen, you may have to pay local import duties. Customs policies
vary from country to country. For further information, please contact
your local customs office.

Yes, you my choose to pay your bill in US Dollars, UK
Pounds or Euros. You will have the option to choose
which currency you pay in on the Worldpay secure server.
You credit card bill will show any payments made to

will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packaged in a postal box
with void filler for added protection. All weighed out
or counted out sweets are in plastic bags to help keep
items fresh and avoid stickyness. On rare occasions,
products may be securely packaged in bubble wrap for
UK Priority Courier Service.
