Important UK Delivery Information

For security reasons, please make sure that the delivery address i.e a home address, a workplace or a friend/neighbour's house will be available for reciept and signature. If you are not home to sign for your parcel citylink/parcelforce48 will leave a calling card, you must respond to the instructions to arrange for redelivery or personal collection within 4 days. After this period your parcel will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee of £12.99 is chargeable which we collect on behalf of the couriers, if you are in any doubt of the weight of your order please assume courier delivery. How to pay by Credit Card, PayPal or Cheque

Credit Card / Debit Card
To pay by Creditcard or Debitcard choose the 'Credit Card/Debit Card' option from the drop down list above and click on the 'Click here to pay' button you will then be taken to the Worldpay Secure Server where your card details will be taken and securely encrypted. Once your card has been processed your card details are then deleted automatically.

PayPal
To pay by Paypal choose the 'Paypal' option from the drop down list above and click on the 'Click here to pay' button and then click on the Paypal link on the next page to pay. You must have a Paypal account if you want to pay by Paypal. If you have chosen to pay for your order via paypal and have not paid paypalpayments@britishcandy.com within 24 hours we will e-mail a paypal invoice to you.

Cheque/Postal Order
To pay by Cheque or Postal Order choose the 'Cheque/Postal Order' option from the drop down list above and click on 'Click here to pay' and then follow the instructions at the bottom of the next page.
